Google Apps’ Gmail, which lets users filter emails based on certain criteria (all email from a certain address, or featuring given keywords, can be automatically archived, labeled, or deleted, for example), have now added a new option to its filtering system called Never Send it to Spam.
Ticking this will ensure that an email with matching filter criteria will not b accidentally sorted into the spam folder.
