Sony Ericsson is launching new Sony Ericsson S006 smartphone with a whooping 16 megapixel CMOS sensor. Till now Nokia N8 is only mobile handset consist 12MP camera phone.
Sony Ericsson S006 comes with a 3.3-inch screen and is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. S006 also has a 1GHz processor, Wi-Fi and GPS support, FM Radio, a 3.3-inch screen and a proprietary OS.

Among other features it offers inbuilt FM and GPS navigation. Experts doubt the use of a camera with such a high resolution on a mobile phone
With this new phone users are unlikely to do professional digital photography with the smartphone but can be used for taking some excellent pictures.
The phone is being released solely in Japan at the moment, so no idea on the local availability and pricing yet.When we get some more news about this Phone we will publish in our future post.
