MarkUp is a free service that lets you draw shapes on a web pages, using a variety of shapes, colors, and more. It provides you a browser bookmarklet that you need to click when you need to use it. It is a simple app that can explain opinions or ideas about a certain website.
MarkUp doesn’t need downloading and thus there is no installing, simply dragging the “Get MarkUp” icon to the bookmark bar of any browser is all that is required; MarkUp operates through the bookmark bar. Through the share feature, one can collaborate with others on markups by responding to the URL you send them.
