How to setup outlook web access (Microsoft exchange online)in  Blackberry Mobile phone. Here we will give you the step by step Procedure to setup outlook web access. Lets see how to access.

BlackBerry-Email-Setup

Step 1) click on setup wizard

Step 2) Click the Set Up Email button

Step 3) Read the end user Agreement and select agree

Step 4) select exsiting email and click add

Step 5) Type address and Email Password and select Next

Note: this will be same email address and password that allow you to acess to your outlook web acess(OWA)

Step 6)The handle will indicate that you have successfully added you are email address to your device Click ok

If the hand cannot find the exchange server automatically you might need to enter the address in manually

1) For Url  enter your  outlook Web Access (OWA) URL  according to your location mobile device URL example are given below

Asia Pacific (APAC)                                   :               https://red003.mail.apac.microsoftonline.com

Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) :           https://red002.mail.emea.microsoftonline.com

North America                                            :           https://red001.mail.microsoftonline.com

2 ) enter your user name

3)  For Email address, enter the e-mail address you use to sign in to Microsoft Online Services

4) Password, enter the password you use to sign in to Microsoft Online Services

5) Note: The Mailbox name field refers to the preferred mailbox name. To determine the mailbox name, log in to the Microsoft Outlook Web Access account and pause on the Inbox folder on the left top corner.

On the task pane, the mailbox name should be displayed.

Example for Outlook Web Access 2003: https://<domain.name.com>/exchange/<mailboxname>/

Example for Outlook Web Access 2007: https://<domain.name.com>/owa/<mailboxname>/
