Nintendo 3DS Is Coming Soon

Nintendo just announced the new hardware, Nintendo 3DS at E3 2010 Expo in Los Angeles, California. The product will go sale on February 26 in Japan for about $300, Coming to U.S. and Europe in March. The new Nintendo 3DS will initially be available in blue, black, and red colors.
Nintendo 3DS allows games to be “enjoyed with 3D effects without the need for any special glasses”, Nintendo describes in an official release. The Nintendo 3DS will succeeded the Nintendo DS series and will have backward compatibility for Nintendo DS and DSi games.
Nintendo 3DS will allegedly include two 266MHz ARM11 CPUs along with a 133MHz GPU. In addition, the device is said to feature 4MB of dedicated VRAM, 64MB of RAM, and 1.5GB of flash storage. As many of you might have previously learned, the Nintendo 3DS will also include an microSD slot in order to expand memory.
In Nintendo World 2011 demo, Nintendo posted a warning that suggests children under the age of six should not use its 3D functions. Nintendo recommended the use of parental controls to only allow younger gamers to play in 2D. There is “enough for everyone to enjoy,” Nintendo said. Also recommended that players of all ages take breaks from 3D content every 30 minutes – or if you feel sick.
