LG has announced a new 55inch LED TV named LG INFINIA 55LW5600 at CES 2011. It is the larger of the two LW5600 models and will be released with a 47-inch counterpart.
It has a 55-inch display that uses LED backlighting with pixels capable of local dimming and a 1080p native resolution. This new Smart TV interface that allows web access, streaming live TV, custom LG apps, games, and services like Netflix. This model has a Wi-Fi adapter and the “Magic Remote” that uses gesture controls to interact with the TV.
