Spice has announced a low-price Dual-SIM GSM mobile phone namely, Spice M-4580.

It comes with 1.8-inch TFT display screen with 128 x 160 pixel resolution, MP3 player, One Touch FM Radio with Recording, Mobile Tracker and expandale memory with T-Flash(up to 4GB). It features an extra-long battery life with up to 10-hours talktime and 25 days standby time.
